Last night, I was talking to my friend about the changes she saw in me. She could not believe that even if I am just mostly at home and lacking of social life, she has never seen me blossomed and bloomed as much as I am today. In fact, she even said that I am at my prettiest this time around. I guess it has something to do with the way I see life and of course, the suburban lifestyle we lived in now. Even if I have been dreaming of moving to bigger cities, I could not help but be grateful with the surroundings our little and quiet community offers. One of these perks include a very family-oriented community parks with Portable Bleachers and Aluminum Bleachers. Then, they also have this little corner for those pet-loving people that has some very cool Pet Waste Stations and dog exercise equipment.

I know these park facilities are not always available on small and suburb communities like ours that is why I am so thankful that we have this. Pamper your Dogs

I am a young mother with only 1 kid, a 6-year old loving boy and married with the most selfless man I know. While I know that it is healthier to give our young boy a sibling, I am still in a dilemma whether to give him one or not. I am not getting any younger and if I really want to give him a sibling, it's healthy that I give birth before I turn 35 and that is like a couple of years from now. Timeless

I had the best sleep last night, in my whole 3 months of pregnancy...
Mom had to stop me from watching tv shows (especially local shows) which are so stressful and made me worry more about my pregnancy =P

Earlier yesterday, my two great pals/neighbors/colleagues/girlfriends, M&V visited me and brought a lot of video CDs and DVDs for me to watch while im on bedrest. One of which is Barbra Streisand's Timeless Live Concert:

Her voice is too overwhelming. She sang her songs from the 60s down to my most favorite: The Theme from Mirror Has Two Faces, Finally Found Someone. The stage was well thought about since this is her last concert before the millenium strikes! Yes, they did a count down in her concert. She was too regal and serene that I imagined watching the Virgin Mary in a concert. Thanks to your music Barbra, you made my night ;-)

Our Mailbox!

I have been very much hooked with my iPhone4S, snapping photos left and right, getting addicted to Instagram. Then just this morning, an Instagram friend posted a photo of their victorian mailboxes with lots of parcels and packages outside of their mounted victorian wall mailbox. She captioned it as "this sight in my mailbox always makes me giddy happy". Who wouldn't? I am always like that when I am expecting something to be mailed because I did an online shopping of some sort. This is also the reason why I made my husband invest on good victorian pedestal mailboxes  rather than just the typical mailboxes available online.

However, this year I would not be expecting so many parcels and packages in our mailbox because I am limiting my shopping sprees online and even in physical stores. Yea, just one of my New Year's resolution. But let me tell you something, it is really very important to invest on a good mailbox, if you have enough budget and have an eye for style, go for Victorian mailboxes. I wonder why this week is so hell week for me. (though it's too early for me to tell, it's only wednesday!) Monsters just keep coming out of my life. Maybe, because next week i'd be having sooo much fun on my son's bday bash!

Weird Facts About Me

6 WEIRD FACTS
I got tagged by my friend, I enjoyed reading her entry and discovered new things about her. I share her Weird Fact #4. We're both OC. As I will quote her, "It may not be a surprise to reveal that if we liked a certain item (whether it be shoes, clothes, knick knacks, etc) we buy it in different colors. We have several pairs of flip flops. Too many shirts of the same style in different colors." My current expensive obsessions are Crocs, Havaianas, Lacoste Classic Shirts and Hollister Tees.

Now let's begin. The game goes like this. Each player of this game starts with 6 weird things about you. Weird Fact #1: My fingers are always on the move, may it be typing, crafting, scrapbooking, cooking or baking, applying foundation or even pulling my hair LOL. It only stops moving when I'm asleep. Same goes with my mouth, i love munching and munching almost anything, if my mouth ain't munching, it's talking.

Weird Fact #2: I could stay awake for straight 36 hours (which I already did!) infront of the computer, doing senseless internet surfing.

Weird Fact #3: I am a photo-obsessed creature. I have millions of them. Every event in my life and now my hubby's and son's life, need to be captured. I consider these photos my treasures that is why I copied/burned (or whatever you may call it) each photo in a CD, DVD, External HDD, 2 Internal HDDs and uploaded them in paid photosites. Praning indeed!

Weird Fact #4: I'm a sick-o OC kinda gurl. Aside from buying things in different colors and being addicted to certain stuff, I can't sleep without fixing my shoes, cleaning the room, arranging ethan's cars according to sizes and my moolah bills according to denomination. (hindi naman serial numbers OA na yun!)

Weird Fact #5: Even now that I am married and a mother, I have always loved ME times. I love being alone, I totally do. If you think i'm an extrovert and loves being with people, you definitely do not know me yet.

Weird Fact #6: I hate do not enjoy putting make-up on popular girls, models and celebrities. I love putting make-up on real women for real events. I don't even want to be a known make-up artist, I just want to share with real women the power of make-up.

(My friends always tell me that when conversing i usually skip from one topic to another LOL!, so that's Weird Fact #7!)
